WHEAT PARATHA



Ingredient

· 250 gms whole wheat flour.
· 1 tsp salt.
· 2 tbsps pure ghee.
· ¾ cup milk for dough.
· Desi ghee for frying.


Preparation

· Sieve the flour, add the salt and ghee to it ; mix well.
· Knead it into a dough; adding milk to from the dough.
· Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for an hour to 1 hour.
· Make equal – sized balls.
· Roll out each individual ball. Apply ghee over it and fold into half.
· Brush again with ghee and fold into a triangle.
· Roll out again into ½ thickness and roast an a hot tava till both sides are cooked.
