ENJOY PANEER PARATHA MERA DOSTO
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gms paneer
- 250 gms wheat flour
- 100 gms gram flour
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1- inch piece ginger
- 1 lime
- 125 shelled peas
- 4 green chillies
- 2 tbsps chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsps salt
- tbsps pure ghee or butter
Preparation
- Boil the peas and mash them.
- Mash the peneer and mix the peas and paneer together.
- Heat 2 tbsps ghee.
- Add the ginger , lime juice, chopped green chillies, cumin, garam masala, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chilli powder and coriander leaves.
- Roast the mixture for 2 minutes.
- Add to peas –paneer mixture. This is the filling.
- Mix the besan and wheat.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee, 1tbsp salt and 1 tbsp chilli powder to it. Make it into a dough.
- Rool out into a small chapatti.
- Fill with the masala filling. Close well and re-roll again.
- Roast like parathas to a golden brown.
